Adomyne estate

Mansion-house built in he beginning of 19 century, is a unique example of wooden architecture. Earlier, this place was called Aluoteliai and belonged to noblemen Plateriai. Recently renewed the mansion-house holds the offices of culture and health.

Monument to Laurynas Stuoka – Gucevicius in Migoniai

Architect Laurynas Stuoka – Gucevicius, who designed Vilnius Cathedral and City Hall, was born in Migoniai village in 1753. Rokiskis mansion-house and projects of trade buildings are referable to him, too. The monument to the architect (author of the repousse is sculptor P. Aleksandravicius) was built in the old Migoniai village.

Church in Simonys for the Assumption of Blessed Virgin Mary

In a wooden church, built in 1920, a poet Antanas Strazdas once held mass. On the Great altar of this Church a copy of Blessed Virgin Mary from Vilnius Dawn Gate is posted. People believe that in 1941 the Blessed Virgin Mary made a revelation in Simonys. Every year a religious Holiday of the Assumption is held in Simonys.

Track of Sightseeing in the Forest of Šimoniai

_ 4 km away from the fringe of the forest (arriving from the town of Šimoniai) there is a track for sightseeing To the Wood. The track offers a possibility to admire natūrai sights. The track running for nearly a kilometre begins at a resting ground, circles and comes backto it.
